After the Letter of approval has been sent to the applicant, the latter can now access to the e-licensing platform with his/her login and password to complete his/her application with the appropriate missing information and documents and pay permit fee and resubmit same to the EDB for validation prior to scheduling of appointment. This will apply to all NEW application.

Payment bank cheque issued to the order of the Government of Mauritius (if not paid online)
Marriage Certificate or Divorce certificate (English or French), if applicable
Investment (evidence of transfer of funds of USD 100,000 from abroad in a local bank account of the company in Mauritius)
Extract of files for business (Register of shareholders and directors certified by the company secretary or from the Registrar of Companies, trust deed or any other relevant documents)
Appropriate licences/ approval/ letter of intent for regulated activities (GBL, TEL, TEC, FSC, etc.)
Certificate of Incorporation and BRN
Marriage Certificate / Divorce certificate (English or French), if applicable
Medical certificate from local doctor in Mauritius and reports HIV, Hepatitis B, Chest X Ray to be done in Mauritius + other tests (less than six months) (Optional if shifting company or category)
Copy of Occupation Permit / Work / Residence Permit (whichever is applicable)
