Deregistration
Where a registered person intends to (i) cease his/her business activities in Mauritius, (ii)or stop working as a Professional in Mauritius, (iii) or stop residing in Mauritius, he/she shall immediately give notice in writing thereof to Chief Executive Officer of the Economic Development Board for deregistration.
