Detailed Business Plan

Finalised signed contract of employment and detailed Job description
Academic and Professional qualifications in English or French
Curriculum Vitae (CV) of Professional and referral letters from previous employers or attestations
A comprehensive brief on the activities of the company
Certificate of Incorporation of Company, Business Registration Card, amended incorporation certificate if there was a change of name.
Register of Shareholders and Directors companies
Appropriate licence for the company and for the Professional if applicable (GBL, TEL, TEC or Pilot Licence etc.)
Birth Certificate should either be in English or French.

Signed declaration by the employee and the employer, section 4 of the application form
Signed undertaking Section 5 by the employer
